YPA is looking for college students to fill state president positions in each state. If you are you interested in contributing to a youth-founded and youth-run organization that has the power to impact a generation, we encourage you to apply. Applicants must have experience or an interest in politics. State presidents must either be from or attend school in their chosen state. We encourage all applicants who meet our basic requirements to apply.

    Requirements:

  • Must attend an accredited college/university
  • Must be able to balance school and YPA obligations
  • Must be comfortable in social situations and possess excellent communication skills
  • Must be an independent worker
  • Must possess a nonpartisan approach
  • Must be able to devote 10 to 15 hours a week to YPA

    Preferred:

  • 3rd or 4th year student
  • Experience in grant writing
  • Experience in a leadership position
  • Scholastic success
